Manager - Family Philanthropy Advisory (8-14 yrs)

- Perform complex assignments with broad responsibilities where required outcomes are defined but methods and procedures may vary based on professional judgment.

- Translate insights into team-level learnings and efficiencies.

- Independently manage one or more projects/work streams from end to end.

- Supervise work assignments, ensuring quality, motivation, training, and problem-solving.

- Contribute to team and organization-level activities such as staffing, reporting, and internal task forces.

- Build and manage relationships with non-profits, knowledge partners, and high-net-worth individuals.

- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic philanthropic initiatives.

- Establish and organize the team, define processes, and standardize operations to create a scalable offering.

Candidate Requirement:

- 8-14 years of work experience in international development sector or management consulting or start-ups with a focus on consulting, strategy or advisory, in a multi-stakeholder environment.

- Prior experience of working with senior stakeholders (CXOs/ HNIs/UHNIs) and managing complex projects.
