Job Context:
- Identify & touch base with existing & new client segment, to get business from them, to increase net sales & AUM.
- Adequate planning and strategy.
- Focus on inactive clients & follow activation.
- Synergise with all relevant departments for achieving the desired objective.
- Ensuring the overall wealth solutions to family offices by Show casing all investment vehicles MF, PMS debt and PMS equity, RE etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Accountability Supporting Actions
- Portfolio & Business Management
- Advising on investment strategies, asset allocation & risk management
- Helping clients invest in tax efficient vehicles
- Identifying & mitigating potential risks to the family's wealth
- Acquisition & expansion of client base
- Build a strong connect with target audience for maximizing the mind share and market share
- Synergize with all relevant verticals for achieving the desired objective
- Work on customized solution by offering Combo products with focus on alternate, offshore and equity products & Gift city
- Provide guidance on family office structuring to new/young family offices
- Generate product ideas/ insights basis requirements/demand trends in family offices
- Build Strong Client Relationship
- Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and expansion of key clients leading to high volumes of business while maintaining excellent service standards
- Build long lasting relationships eventually positioning us as a favored, ethical & trusted brand
- Compliance & delivering superior value to customer o Ensure compliance on all regulatory and internal audit requirements
- Ensure all SEBI/AMFI rules and regulations are strictly complied
- All advisory provided & products suggested should be in the best interest of the client & regulatory complaint
- All certifications required for various product advisory & selling
- Knowledge & Market Intelligence o Expert level knowledge on public & private markets
- Awareness & deep understanding of geo political & macro-economic environment
- Building market intelligence of client segment, through liaising with internal & external peers across financial industry
- Product related market intelligence in the industry, competition & the need of clients
