Deputy General Manager Sales Promotions and Activation (SPAC)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy General Manager Sales Promotions and Activation (SPAC) to lead and oversee key verticals including sales promotions, visibility enhancement, exclusive brand outlets (EBOs), and merchandising. This role is pivotal in driving ROI-focused programs and leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Promotions and Activation (SPAC):
- Develop and execute innovative sales promotion strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement activation campaigns that maximize brand reach and engagement.
Visibility Management:
- Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility across retail outlets, ensuring impactful displays and in-store branding.
- Design and execute strategies for increased consumer awareness through signages, merchandising, and other touchpoints.
Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs):
- Manage and optimize the operations of EBOs to ensure profitability and consistent brand experience.
Drive footfall and sales through localized marketing initiatives and customer-centric programs.
Signages, Instore Branding, and Merchandising:
- Oversee the design, development, and placement of signages and in-store branding materials.
- Ensure merchandising standards are maintained across all retail touchpoints to drive purchase decisions.
ROI-Driven Program Management:
- Plan and implement initiatives with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and optimize based on performance insights.
Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics to monitor program success, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights and prepare comprehensive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals across different functional areas.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to achieve objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in sales promotions, branding, or related domains, with a focus on leadership roles.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in driving large-scale visibility and activation programs.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics software.
- Ability to manage multi-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
