Job Description
- Customer service through adherence to processes & policy, suggest improvement in process as per changing dynamics to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Deliver Promoter score consistent improvement through various tools (Mystery Audit, NPS Report, observation sheet analyses, reverse ushering etc) and plan actionable.
- Conducts, records, analyses and plans for remedial actions vis-a-vis observations related to customer experience by staff & Managers at store.
- Safety of customers by being compliant to all the safety measures for stores.
- Keep a tab on competition / market to learn best practices.
- Hands on experience with respect to the billing process, MPOS, etc.
- Compliance to VM as per the guidelines shared, merchandising mantra is followed, Digital tickets are updated.
- Ensures process alignment while dealing with customer defectives & customer returns
- Identifies high performers & appreciates performance, ensures Grooming standard compliance & people health check
- Responsible for the Top & bottom line of the store
- Analyses performance v/s targets and review all KPIs to identify Opportunity area.
- Review of Margin, Cost and shrinkage to consistently improve the profitability.
- Analyze the Affordability, Upgrade and Trade-in business to identify the OFI.
- Reviews the P&L and work on the opportunities along with the accounts Manager.
- Conducts OPEX & markdown review.
- Responsible for the Inventory hygiene: timely clearance of the NDQ, RPA mgt and trade in.
- Ensure inventory hygiene & management along with compliance on the PID Schedule
- Analyses SMART & SOP Scores and devises actionable to improve it
- Ensure adherence to every SOP listed by the organization (Cashiering SOP, Warehouse SOP, Pricing/Discount SOP, Accounts SOP, etc)
