- Analytics and Optimization: Utilise analytics tools to measure content performance, gather insights, and continually optimise strategies for maximum engagement.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- For new client pitches, conduct in-depth social media audits and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Communication, Jounalism or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/ Manager/Head in a marketing agency.
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing effective social media followers and engagements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and platforms.
