Roles & Responsibilities:

Salesforce CPQ Management:

• Administer and configure Salesforce CPQ to support business processes, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quoting.
• Implement and maintain pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, and discounting structures.
• Ensure the accuracy of quotes by creating workflows, validations, and approvals within Salesforce CPQ.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the CPQ platform.

Customization and Optimization:

• Customize CPQ solutions, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, and contract terms.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into functional solutions within CPQ.
• Perform regular audits and optimization of the CPQ system to ensure the tool is running efficiently and scaling with business growth.

User Training and Support:

• Provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they have the training and tools necessary to use Salesforce CPQ effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to CPQ functionality.
• Develop and update user guides, training materials, and FAQs.

Integration and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and IT teams to align the CPQ system with business goals.
• Work closely with developers and Salesforce admins to integrate CPQ with other business systems, such as ERP, billing, and customer management systems.
• Participate in project teams to implement system enhancements and new features.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop custom reports and dashboards to track CPQ-related metrics, including quote accuracy, deal cycle times, and discounting trends.

• Monitor performance and usage metrics to recommend system improvements.

Requirements:

Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
