About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, content, email, events) to achieve marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Create compelling content (e.g, blog posts, articles, white papers, social media content) that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media advertising, paid advertising) to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost) and provide data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
