Strategist - Marketing (5-6 yrs)

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Strategist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Define target audiences and develop customer personas.

- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, events).

Brand Strategy & Management:

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

- Enhance brand awareness and visibility through creative marketing initiatives.

- Monitor brand reputation and address any brand-related issues.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Manage social media channels and engage with online communities.

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for optimization.

- Utilize data to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and other teams to achieve marketing goals.

- Communicate marketing plans and results effectively to stakeholders.

- Present marketing strategies and campaign results to senior management.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, and execution.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

- Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
