Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Integrate diverse data sources into cohesive systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Participate in performance tuning and automation of applications to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving processes.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Ideal candidate needs to have strong organizational and time management skills and should be able to manage multiple tasks at a time.
• Engage in prompt creation and maintenance for AI models, ensuring high-quality annotations and labeling in a Human-in-the-Loop environment.

Skill Sets (Must have):

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and applications using Python.
• Create and manage SPARK SQL queries for data extraction and analysis / Design and implement visualizations through Power BI / Tableau to present data insights effectively.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with LLM/Gen AI.
• Good knowledge of financial data and fundamental concepts of finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and LEAN principles.

Qualification and Essential Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Python, SPARK, LLM development, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
