Job Description
- Experience in acting in a team leader role on a minimum three policy related works, agricultural value chain studies, knowledge products or prefeasibility/feasibility projects
- Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams, liaising with government departments, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering consensus-based outputs.
- Team leader should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in agriculture value chain development, agro-industry development, food chain logistics development, agro-food trade promotion.
- Experience of leading stakeholder consultations in collaboration with other team members for value chain studies
- Experience of leading preparation of Value Chain Study and/or Master Plan reports for agricultural value chain development
- Experience of ensuring coordination within all the team members
- Experience in Agriculture &allied sectors including knowledge in marketing of organic products.
- Experience of working in similar assignments in the Northeast of India or Meghalaya would be an added advantage
