Job Description
- Perform risk assessments and design controls to manage risks in the First line of defence.
- Monitor and report on risk and control environments
- Manage issues and events, and escalate as needed
- Provide risk insights to business stakeholders
- Support the development of risk management strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence
- Develop and implement risk-based compliance frameworks
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of audit, assurance, and regulatory reviews
- Identify and assess risks, and implement control frameworks to manage them
- Collaborate with teams to anticipate and mitigate risks
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Leadership experience with ability to inspire and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify risks
- Strong judgment and ability to balance detail-oriented and big-picture perspectives
- Experience in risk assessment, control design, and monitoring
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Ability to work dynamically across functions and geographies
- Strong project management skills, with ability to oversee and deliver strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a preferred skill to have
- Familiarity with GRC Tools such as RSA Archer, Service Now. Etc. will be a plus
