Job Duties

This position will lead the SMART team including product and project management and related client servicing activities. The role will be responsible for –

Product Management

• • Managing road map implementation for the SMART products
  • Provide product solution to client’s requirements
  • Implementation and deployment solutioning for new clients
  • Requirement prioritization and user story documentation
  • Support business teams in automation and digitization activities
  • Production support and issue resolution
  • Adhere to compliance workflows

Client Management

• • Lead a team of research analysts to deliver research models and reports
  • Support in client RFPs, demos and pilots
  • Create presentations for prospective clients, support in providing pricing proposals
  • Manage billings, track P&L and optimize costs
  • Manage MIS and audit

Qualification

• MBA

Skills required

• Understanding of web applications and databases
• Design thinking for wireframing new features
• Financial domain experience with sound knowledge on financial statements
• Strong communication skills
• Effective stakeholder management
• Should be capable of multi-tasking and handling projects with tight deadlines
• Good people management skills, should have lead teams of 10+
