Job Description
UX/UI Designer - GenAI Systems
Location: Mumbai, Pune (or willing to relocate)
Core Qualifications
- Masters in Design, HCI, or equivalent with certifications in UX design methodologies (Nielsen Norman Group, HFI)
- 7+ years of experience designing enterprise-grade interfaces, with focus on usability and accessibility
- Recognized thought leader in UI/UX design with contributions to design standards, publications, or speaking engagements
- Proven ability to align design strategy with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Extensive portfolio showcasing innovation in AI/ML-powered applications, including explainability and trust-building features
Technical Skills & Design Tool Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in design tools, including motion design tools (After Effects, Principle)
- Strong skills in multi-modal design (voice, gestures) for next-gen interfaces
