Event Management Intern

Looking for a highly motivated Event Coordination & Communication Intern to support the planning and execution of an upcoming agriculture-related event of CRISIL, focused on industry trends, sustainability, and policy discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the invitee list, send invitations, track RSVPs, and follow up with attendees.
• Draft and manage event-related communication, including emails, social media updates, and press releases.
• Assist in designing and coordinating the development of event brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and execution.
• Liaise with speakers, panelists, and sponsors for event-related requirements.
• Assist in gathering feedback, preparing reports, and documenting key takeaways.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic design and content creation experience (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in event management or public relations is an advantage.
• Knowledge about agriculture and sustianability will be a plus

• Passionate about event planning and communication and want hands-on experience in a high-impact industry event

This is a 2 month internship.
