Job Description
- Hands on with Oracle Fusion
- Should have managed Accounts Payable operations independently for India and foreign entities in Large/Mid-sized organization
- Sound knowledge of accounting payments for Revex/Capex invoices, credit memos, debit memos, corporate credit card spend, foreign travel settlements, Employee reimbursements etc.
- Should be able to work and drive various automation projects in Accounts Payable domain
- Should have hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS related provisions with regards to vendor payments
- Accounting and systemic solutions to cope up with dynamic business requirements
- Good temperament with balanced aggression
- Technology savvy with functional expertise
- Should have experience of working on implantation of solutions, integration with ERP
- Should be a self-starter, motivator and good team leader
- Should be able to deliver various reporting requirements with regards to vendor payments to internal, external auditors and ESG compliance
- Periodic review of open employee balances and creditors for timely resolution of long open balances
- Review of Bank reconciliation for India and foreign entity bank accounts
- Periodic review of vendor master in line with the CRISIL processes
- Should be conversant with concept of Delegation of Authority and segregation of Roles and Duties with regards to Accounts Payable operations
- Should have rigor to drive the team for process improvements and efficiencies
- Needs analytical rigor in identify the system issues and bring accurate solution
- Should be able to handle stress and work under pressure to delivery within stringent timelines
- Should be able to assess the risk areas in AP and bank payment processes and bring in mitigating controls in place
- To assess team performance and efficiencies periodically to ensure complete adherence to invoice and employee payments TAT s.
