Crisil - Research Analyst - Equity Research (3-8 yrs)

About:

- Help compile data and conduct research, including ad hoc projects as needed by the team.

- Help conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support product development.

- Contribute new investment ideas with in-depth analysis of potential candidates. This may include gaining a detailed understanding of the drivers of returns and valuations for the business in question and financial analysis based on detailed financial modelling (building models will be important).

- Present company and industry analysis to the broader team including our regional counterparts, and clearly articulate and debate the key drivers of the business and valuation.

- Actively engage in debates and discussions of stock and portfolio ideas from other team members.

- Working with members of other focus teams to leverage expertise and work across the equity platform.

- Build network of contacts across sectors/geographies to facilitate channel checks and new ideas generation

- Support the marketing and client maintenance efforts as necessary, including running performance and risk analysis and updating decks, etc.
