Job Description

The incumbent will be involved in daily client and inter team interaction for account management and business development. Will have an opportunity to handle an international accounts portfolio and be involved in strategy making for the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solely responsible for managing the existing portfolio of accounts and generate new business through cross selling and upselling.
• Explore opportunities for new business development from new accounts.
• Connect regularly with clients through emails and zoom calls.
• Build and manage high-level clients, strategic partnerships and relationships with universities, research institutes, hospitals, Publishers, Pharma Companies etc to promote our academic editing, translation services and AI portfolio.
• Recruit and manage channel partners
• Involvement in strategy development and execution for the region in line with our organizational goals and targets and in close consultation with top management.
• Analyze and brief in-house departments (Marketing, Client Servicing, CRM etc.) on market trends, business environment, govt. policies etc. that may affect the company's operations, sales target and overall growth.
• Should be comfortable in dealing with Management level contacts in Academia and non-Academia on a regular basis.
• Should generate own leads through cold calls and emails. Should have exposure to Sales CRM.
