Secretary cum Business analyst - Chairman

Preferred candidate profile: :

• BE with MBA Marketing with 8+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in business analysis and project management is preferred.
• Proven experience in working with Excel and developing and maintaining various analyses, modelling and reporting tools.
• Previous understanding experience Budgeting and costing.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to Organize, manage, and prepare for all types of meetings aligned to the business requirements monthly and on a need basis.
• Meeting minutes circulated to stake holders and Close follow-up to be done to ensure that all the action points are completed as per the agreed timelines.
• Developing a detailed annual business plan by collaborating with the marketing functions and continuously monitoring the progress and results and adjusting & ensure the desired targets are achieved.
• Form a Structured MIS report as a single dashboard to showcase the overall performance of the organization.
• Technical and non-technical presentations for the management on a need basis.
• To Execute some of the key projects initiated at an enterprise level.
• Ensure the projects ran as per the agreed timelines through continuous followup and periodic updates.
• Closely work with cross-functional teams and ensured that the tasks are completed on time.
• Support teams in arriving at the project charter in line with the project scope
• Periodically assessing the market trends, slicing and dicing of various data sets, and sharing insights with the management to take effective business strategic decisions.
• To arrive at Market entry strategy.
• Market estimate & forecast and market share data of all lines of businesses shared with the management during board meetings and for other critical review meetings.
• Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies aligned with the business objectives of the organization.
• Responsible for market evaluation and identifying opportunities using both primary and secondary data research and proposing new growth opportunities for expansion or diversifying existing businesses.
• Analyse customer requirement gathering for both domestic and global markets through field missions.
• Analyse complex data and provide meaningful and actionable insights to the leadership team for easy decision-making.
