DESIGNATION :- Assistant Manager

DEPARTMENT :- Research and Development, Fludyn Advance Technology Center.

JOB SPECIFICATION :

• Demonstrated successful experience in mechanical engineering within a product design and manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to GD&T.
• Positive attitude as a responsible team player.
• Commitment to high quality, high productivity and continuous learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Good working knowledge in Preparation of detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of Motor components, assemblies according to industry standards.
• Knowledge on preparation of General Assembly Layout drawings.

KEY AUTHORITY: -

• Should have good knowledge / exposure to test, review and evaluate the performance of Motors.
• Detail oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills.

KEY RESULT AREAS:-

• Timely Execution of Projects.
• No design changes in production.
• Adopting new technology into the design
  

COMPETENCIES :-

• Proficiency in CAD modelling.
• AutoCAD, Solid works is a must.
• Skill on Project Life Cycle management would be added advantage.
