C.R.I. Pumps - Design Head - Industrial Pumps (20-25 yrs)

- BE - Mechanical with 20+ years of experience in Design especially in Industrial pump segement.

- Preferrably from Grundfos, Lubi, KBL,Sakthi Flowserve, Ruhrpumpen Willo, Flowmore, WBIL etc.

- A thorough knowledge of machine design, fluid mechanics, vibration, strength of material, metallurgy, ASME codes, manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of design software (Autocad, Inventor, Solidworks) and ERP systems Application Knowledge in industrial pump like Vertical Turbine, Horizondal multi stage , Sewage , End suction pumps suitable for water and chemical applications.

- Co Ordination with team and deliver the design to manufactuing coordiantion with Manufacturing team until the product delivery.

- Review customer specification, analyze engineering requirement and propose engineered solutions.

- Cost to be estimated for turn key projects Hydraulic and mechanical design ownership for the mentioned products.

- Ownership for GD&T Ownership for Material selection according to application requirement.

- Ownership for packing PLM knowledge to handle project PSS software data ownership for IPD products .

- Soft skill and ownership for Design validation and Structural design analyzis .

- To Design the pumps customized to relevant application like paper and Pulb,Treatment plant and Mega water supply plants.
