Project Management:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in consulting and expertise in data management and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Data Bricks, Data Factory, SQL/SSIS, and data warehousing solutions, along with proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI and Alteryx. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, developing data-driven solutions, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to address complex business challenges through data analysis and insights.
• Data Management: Utilize Azure Synapse, Data Bricks, and Data Factory to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
• SQL/SSIS Development: Develop and optimize SQL queries and SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues as they arise.
• Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support data storage, retrieval, and reporting needs. Ensure that data warehousing architectures align with best practices and business requirements.
• Visualization and Reporting: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI and Alteryx. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear and comprehensive BRD and data models, processes, and reports. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor??s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master??s degree is a plus.
• 6-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on data management and analytics.
• Proven experience with Azure Synapse, Data Bricks, Data Factory, SQL/SSIS, and data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of additional data analytics and visualization tools.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, Power BI).
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
