Job Description

 
  • Develop & maintain long-lasting relationships with new & prospective customers.
  • Learn sales related features and advantages for entire products and services.
  • Develop personalized call scripts, email templates, LinkedIn messages and presentations.
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through accurate segmenting, targeting,
    messaging, cold calling, emailing & LinkedIn reach outs.
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through research.
  • Ability to leverage social and professional media platforms to generate leads.
  • Perform extensive competitor and client analysis.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and advise customers on suitable.
  • Product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website
    chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities for further development and closure.
  • Support SalesAE in the opportunities with proposal preparation, quotes generation,
    collections.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements
  • MBA in Marketing / Information Systems
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office
  • Proven software reselling sales / inside sales experience. (Add on)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
