Job Description
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients through exceptional Post-sales service.
- Actively source new sales opportunities via cold-calling and emailing.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of service features and benefits.
- Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients.
- Advise clients on suitable package selections based on their needs and specifications.
- Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential clients through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven experience in the digital marketing domain.
- Experience in the B2B segment is mandatory.
