Educational Qualification
12th pass if experienced in the same field (2-3 years of experience)
Graduate in any discipline (if fresher)
Preferred Requirements
Basic Knowledge of Tally (Preferred)
Spoken proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and English
Basic accounting knowledge
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Identify prospects by lead generation through calling the database available on the net, or made available by the coordinator and/or owner
- Identify leads by calling existing clientele of CAs, existing customers, etc.
- Coordinate with sales and service resources to fix appointments for demos and implementation / installation / troubleshooting etc.
- Pass any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and/or owner.
- Probing and understanding the business needs of prospect/customer to pitch the right solution.
- Customer Relationship Management by building a good rapport with customers.

Experience selling on the phone to SMB clients
Experience in Telephonic customer care
