Job Summary: To ensure a high standard of upkeep and maintenance with the keen eye on aesthetics and soft services in the head office. The ideal candidate should display the highest degree of professionalism while dealing with the high-end clients and the firms board of directors and executive committee members.
Key Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities
Smooth office operations
Control absenteeism
Timely follow ups with the internal and external stakeholders
One point of contact for the premium office space
Responsible for a team of around 20 comprising of butler, pantry boys and housekeeping.
Responsible for the grooming, uniform standards, cleanliness, hygiene and overall attitude of the staff
Daily inspection of premises for cleanliness and hygiene and take corrective actions as and when required
On-time submission of monthly requisition of cleaning/disposable materials, uniform, stationery and cash.
These requisitions should be done on prescribed formats
Procure commodities (cash and credit purchase) and properly store them
Responsible for training and replacement of the staff.
