Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the Western region operations for our frozen food division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in food service sales and distributor management within the frozen food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with food service clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Oversee distributor networks, ensuring seamless supply chain management and optimal stock levels.
• Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to execute region-specific campaigns.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer needs, competitor activity, and distribution efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team within the region.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with a strong background in the frozen food industry, specifically in food service and distributor handling.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Salary Range: 4lpa -6lpa based on experience and expertise.

• Experience 5 years.
• Food Industry experience.
• Good Communication.

Timing 9:30am to 6:30pm

Working Days 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.
