Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP SD module and a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP SD solutions in diverse business environments.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP SD module to meet the needs of our organization and clients.

Responsibilities :

SAP SD Implementation and Configuration :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and implement SAP SD modules, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

- Set up master data elements such as customer master, material master, and pricing conditions.

- Design and configure sales processes, including third-party sales, intercompany sales, consignment sales, and make-to-order processes.

Integration and Collaboration :

- Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g. , MM, FI/CO, PP) to ensure seamless integration across modules.

- Work with business and IT teams to define and implement end-to-end solutions.

- Support integration of SAP SD with non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Customizations and Enhancements :

- Work with ABAP developers to design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).

- Implement user exits, BAPIs, and BAdIs to enhance system functionality.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.

Documentation and Training :

- Create detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.

Project Management :

- Participate in project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.

- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills :

Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of key SD components, including sales, pricing, billing, and shipping processes.

- Expertise in configuring pricing procedures, taxes, and discounts.

- Proficiency in integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.

- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its new features in the SD module.

- Experience with EDI/IDoc processing for electronic data exchange.

- Knowledge of SAP ABAP debugging is a plus.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or SAP Activate methodology

SAP SD certification is highly desirable.
