Job Description

1. Daily Dispatch

a. Manage FIFO and LIFO for faster dispatch (restickering)

b. maintain pick list for faster dispatch (save manpower cost)

c. Planning route wise Transport of distribution & dealers order

2. Warehouse Management

a. Maintain FIFO System & LIFO as required

b. Maintain GRN in Realtime

c. House Keeping (Clean , tidy , Labelling )

3. Vendor management-523

a. Timely discuss & understand their process

b. Dispute resolves in least time

c. Return to vendors and check PODs

4. Books Keeping-523

a. Making Inward & outward report / register

b. Petty cash

c. Invoice filling with LR and timely submission at HO

d. Security register- audit

e. Manage inventory

f. Liquidate slow moving and non-moving material

5. BMS-All Units

a. Issue indent as per BMS and Suggest require changes in BMS as an when required

b. Liquidate slow moving and non-moving material (Finish Product)

c. Timely discuss with BDM, understand sales pattern & forecasting accordingly

d. Do planning as per seasonality and TAT

e. Warehouse (Finish Product - sachin and vasai)

f. Factory (Raw Material- purchase outside- India and China)

g. Factory (Raw Material- purchase from Vasai Factory)

h. Factory (Raw Material- purchase from moulding unit)

6. Sales Team

a. Maintain relationship with sales team (daily 5 feedback calls)

7. TAT

a. Order punching to invoice generate to dispatch

b. Dispatch to door delivery

c. Replacement QC report to Pickup to receipt to CN issue

8. Replacement and Goods Return

a. Handling Reverse Logistics (Replacement)

b. Maintain replacement data very precisely (report format to be discussed)

c. Study replacement data (product wise / state wise / party wise)

d. Maintain dispute register and resolve maximum dispute in discussed TAT

9. Audit- 523

a. Physical audit of raw material and update the same in ZOHO

b. Manage third party audit agency, understand their queries & participate preparing SOPs

10. Logistics

a. Decide logistics supplier wise

b. Decide logistics for internal transfer

c. Decide logistics for mould movement

d. Timely working on transport cost sheet & review with account department

e. Review PODs

f. Follow up with transporter regarding (transport damage, late delivery)

g. Sign transport invoice within 3 working day from the date of receipt

h. Coordinate with accounts team for timely payment to transporter

i. Understand packaging size as per transporters format for cost benefit

j. Checking online e -way bills

k. Final contract with transporters & monthly review

l. Define logistics transporter for Inward vehicle material

11. Stock Sheet

a. Live access to sales team

12. Establish Colour Coding System for Finish goods

a. Prepare SOPs on the basis of sales trends , 20/80 strategy, Capital involved

13. ZOHO / Desk automation (Sanjeev Jain Project)

a. All TAT reports

b. Transport Cost report

c. BMS

d. Replacement

e. Transport cost optimizationautomation

f. Transport integration with ZOHO

g. Discuss with DMM( Digital Marketing Manager) and establish delivery tracking

h. Bundling and SKU code creation in ZOHO and Maintain master sheet

i. Stock sheet

j. Indent to PO to material received

k. Stock location / racking system

14. Automation

a. Rack and Pallet automation

b. Conveyor

c. Bar coding (Material In and out )

15. Refurb and Scrap management

a. Maximise Refurb possibility

b. Work cost analysis and impact on zoho

c. Write Off Damaged Material ( with approval )

d. Reuse old packing material
