Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HRBP with a focus on Sales Team performance

management and development. This role is critical in ensuring our sales team reaches its potential

by recruiting top talent, enhancing team skills through tailored training, optimizing day-to-day

operations, and driving accountability and excellence. The HRBP will work closely with sales leaders,

tracking performance, overseeing TADA (travel and daily allowance) management, and pushing for

optimized output through structured planning and auditing.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance Management:

  • Partner with sales leaders to set and monitor performance goals.
  • Regularly audit and analyze team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to maximize output.

2. Learning, Training & Development:

  • Develop and implement learning programs aimed at enhancing the skills of the sales team, focusing on areas such as customer engagement, product knowledge, and account management.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops to ensure continuous skill development.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans for team members.
  • Track and measure the impact of training programs, refining them based on feedback and results.

3. Talent Acquisition and onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding.• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales-specific positions.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and aligned with company values.

4. Daily Planning and Account Management Support:

  • Assist sales teams in day-to-day planning, ensuring effective scheduling of customer visits and account management.
  • Oversee account planning, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

5. TADA Management and Compliance:

  • Audit TADA submissions, ensuring all expenses are compliant with company policies.
  • Provide guidance on expense management and support best practices.

6. Employee Engagement and Motivation:

  • Collaborate with HR to design programs that motivate and engage the sales team.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to identify and address team needs.

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive improvements in HR processes related to performance, recruitment, training, and

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, adapting practices to meet evolving needs
