- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.

- Devise monthly sales plans, considering shelf-life and forecasting needs.

- Manage General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

- Track competition and develop strategies to counter new market entrants.

- Motivate, guide, and train the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate (Master's in Sales/Marketing preferred).

- Over 2 years of FMCG sales experience, focusing on rural, general, and modern trade channels.

- Proficient in local geography and multi-linguistic communication.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven team-handling expertise.
