Senior Manager - Retention - Group Term Life Insurance - NCR

- We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our Corporate Solutions team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving regional targets for Group Term Insurance and other products, providing exceptional service to existing corporate clients, and ensuring successful policy renewals.

Responsibilities:

- Implement sales plans to achieve regional targets for Group Term Insurance and related products.

- Present and promote Group Insurance products to corporates, affinity groups, and associations.

- Develop alternative channels to penetrate the Group Business market through agents, IMFs, and corporate agents.

- Manage and renew existing corporate client accounts, addressing their servicing requirements promptly.

- Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain updated databases on corporate clients and competitors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with over 4 years of experience in the Group Term Life insurance industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

- Ability to coordinate with various departments to deliver exceptional client service within designated timelines.
