Manager - Sourcing - FMCG/Foods/Personal Care (6-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1) Managing Strategic Supplier Relationships: Overseeing third-party suppliers to ensure optimal conversion costs, timely supply chain operations, and comprehensive vendor coordination.

2) Driving Promotion & Packaging Excellence: Leading promotional offers and packaging design efforts in collaboration with brand teams to enhance product appeal and market penetration.

3) Handling Import & Regulatory Compliance: Managing the import process for international products and ensuring regulatory compliance, including CDSCO registration for cosmetic products.

4) Developing E-commerce Packaging Solutions: Creating innovative packaging solutions specific to online retail, optimizing the consumer experience for digital platforms.

5) Integrating New Products: Evaluating and onboarding third-party suppliers for new products, ensuring smooth transition in collaboration with R&D teams.

6) Expanding Snack Foods Manufacturing: Leading evaluations for ready-to-eat snack food manufacturing units, expanding the company's reach in the foods segment.

Requirements:

1) A B.Tech degree in Engineering is mandatory.

2) Minimum of 10 years in sourcing, third-party supplier management, and production coordination in consumer care or related industries.

3) Expertise in supply chain management, packaging sourcing, and regional operations across SAARC countries.

4) Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.

5) Familiarity with procurement software and regulatory compliance processes.
