Summary:

- As a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance, you will lead workstreams, solve high-complexity client problems, and play a key role in project delivery.

- Your responsibilities include client interaction, business problem identification, financial modeling, and strategic development.

- The role also involves team management and business development.

- This role may require travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia and UAE up to 2-3 weeks per month, on a need basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead workstreams, identify business problems, and provide high-impact solutions.

2. Build and guide the development of financial models and business strategies.

3. Interact with CXO-level clients, deliver impactful presentations, and gain client buy-in.

4. Manage and mentor teams of Analysts and Junior Associates on projects.

5. Lead internal initiatives like knowledge management and organization development.

Requirements:

1. Full-time MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-schools (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or B.Tech./B.E. from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs, etc.) or Chartered Accountant.

2. Minimum 3.5 years of relevant work experience, including financial statement analysis and financial modeling.

3. Experience in strategy development, process improvement, performance measurement, or digital transformation.

4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

5. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and expertise in one or more domains (Retail, BFSI, Healthcare).
