We are seeking a Java Software Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, React.js, and Azure, with a proven track record of developing scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and Microservices. The role also requires the ability to start within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and robust backend solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Ensure high-quality, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Build, deploy, and support RESTful APIs for seamless integration and communication between microservices.

- Ensure APIs are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and scalability.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal Mono-repo UI Library using React.js with Styled Components, Storybook, and testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Architect, develop, and manage microservices to enhance modularity, scalability, and flexibility of backend systems.

- Utilize Spring Cloud to ensure seamless service discovery, load balancing, and fault tolerance.

- Leverage Azure Cloud Services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of backend services.

- Ensure efficient cloud resource utilization and adherence to cloud best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimizing application performance.

- Perform active monitoring, logging, and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to ensure timely delivery of features.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java Development.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.

- Proficient in React.js development, including experience with Styled Components, Storybook, and testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development.

- Proficient in Azure services, including deployment and monitoring of applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud for distributed systems.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
