What we are looking for:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work like an entrepreneur/ problem solver alongside the Chief of Staff & Founder of the group.

- This role is for someone who is creative, self motivated and loves solving problems.

Responsibilities:

- Work with leaders to set strategic priorities: Identify key areas which require attention, and establish governance on key metrics to evaluate and ensure the progress of those.

- Identify problems limiting the growth of various functions/ businesses and problem-solve to develop strategies/ solutions and implement them with the team.

- Determine key performance indicators for the company and update dashboards as needed.

- Oversee large cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.

- Research, perform benchmarking, analyse data, and make recommendations.

- Design new systems and processes to streamline operations & company goals.

- Ownership for scale-up of one or more existing or new initiatives/ experiments.

- Owning the complete P&L and targets for the initiatives.

- Building and managing the team which works in the said initiative (post a certain level of scaleup).

Requirement:

- Must have exceptional problem solving skills.

- Prior Entrepreneurial experience would be preferred.

- Must have a Generalist mindset with experience and ability to manage projects/ problems in different functions.

- Must have great written & oral communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with different teams for various training initiatives.
