Regional Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining agreeable manpower capacity at all times up to Cluster Manager level.
• Assessment of candidates during interview and sharing the inputs to take appropriate decision in shortlisting of candidates.
• Participate in local job melas and campus drives to maintain candidate pool all the time.
• Responsible for driving and implementing the HR agenda set by Corporate HR Team.
• New joiner on-boarding and induction program.
• Responsible for the timely triggering of probation assessment and completion of confirmation process with in timelines.
• Driving structured employee productivity traction initiatives that helps the business in achieving the set targets
• Implementing the effective Employee connect programs (Branch Visits/ Town Halls) that produces effective impact on the culture and change on people and work environment.
• Coordinating with Corporate teams in all disciplinary action initiatives.
• Driving R&R & Employee engagement programs across states Responsible for retaining High potential candidates at regional level.
• Conducting Exit interviews religiously and analyze the key reason for employee separations
• Willingness to travel. Base locations will be as follows: Telangana state: Hyderabad/Warangal

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR with NBFCs/ Banks
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Strong in Stake holder manager
• Graduate/Preferably MBA- HR
