Mongodb Developer

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of MongoDB databases to support our organization's applications and systems.
• Develop and implement data models, collections, and documents to meet application requirements and business needs.
• Provide the guidance to the database team, including mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices. Define and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability. Monitor database performance, availability, and security, and implement proactive measures to optimize performance and mitigate risks. Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner. Configure and tune MongoDB instances for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery. Develop and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to protect data integrity and minimize downtime. Collaborate with application developers, system administrators to integrate MongoDB databases with application code and infrastructure.
