Senior Program Manager

Drive and Own the financial operations processes with partner and internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant workflow.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including business partners .

Key point of contact between the partner , cross-functional stakeholders, and company leadership with a responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved to prioritize, schedule, and deliver on time and ensure flawless execution of the project.

Compliance and Governance : Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements , industry standards and internal policies and policies relating to colending business .

Own and execute the Digital Lending guidelines with the partners.

Program Operations : Oversee day to day program operations including disbursement, Repayment , Settlements to ensure timely and efficient delivery to the partners.

Ensure smooth monthly reconciliation of all partners by bridging the gap between partner operations and internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple partners, follow up on open threads, and ensure timelines are met on reported issues and requirements.

Core skills: Sound understanding of different LMS construct with the ability to define the process with partners.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.

Ability to approach a range of business problems analytically.

Recognize opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.

Process orientation: Ability to improve processes through standardization and automation.

Analytical thinking: Ability to do qualitative and quantitative deep dives on new and emerging tech trends.
