Job Description


Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. This
pivotal role involves overseeing the leadership and management of multiple batches across
our campuses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational experiences to our students.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for optimizing program performance,
enhancing student and stakeholder satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with partner
universities.


Responsibilities:


1. Leadership and Development:
- Oversee the performance and development of Program Managers and Technical Mentors.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members achieve their potential.


2. Collaboration and Optimization:
- Work closely with campus teams to enhance the learning environment and student
experience.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to drive
stakeholder satisfaction and retention.


3. Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to improve program outcomes.


4. Industry Insights:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in education, edtech, customer
service, and people management.
- Incorporate relevant insights into program design and delivery to maintain cutting-edge
educational standards.


5. Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner universities.
- Serve as a key liaison and representative of the organization, addressing any concerns or
issues to foster positive and productive partnerships.


6. Program Alignment:
- Collaborate with partner universities to align program objectives, curriculum standards,
and educational outcomes.
- Keep partner universities informed of performance metrics, program updates, and
initiatives to ensure transparency and goal alignment.


Qualifications and Skills Required:


Educational Background:
- MBA preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.


Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Education or Edtech, preferably in offline education.
- Customer Service Industry with face-to-face interaction.
- Liaison and Relationship Management.


Passion and Commitment:
- Strong dedication to education and delivering high-quality learning experiences to
students.


Leadership:
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.


Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.


Strategic Thinking:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organizational objectives.


Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.


Travel readiness:
This role entails frequent travel, with approximately half of the workdays spent at various
Kalvium campuses, overseeing campus operations and connecting with diverse stakeholders.


Work Location:- Primary Location is Bengaluru Office.

Timings:- Monday to Saturday, 8:45AM To 6:15PM
