Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for affordable housing loans (LAP) portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of borrower's financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through proactive monitoring of loan performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, repayments, or other operational matters.
