Credit Manager

Sampling of already approved files by Credit team for RTRM Verification.

• Verification of already sampled proposals going through the documents uploaded in

eMnest.

• Obtain other required documents from the Credit for verification.

• Verification of the proposals as per the Credit policy of the Company and as per metrics

provided for deviation.

• Intimation to the credit/operations teams in case any observations/shortages/

discrepancies found in the underwriting of the proposals.

• This process to be completed in three stages of Final sanction, Disbursement and Cheque

hand over stages.

• Follow up of the remedial measures for mitigating observations raised.

• Intimate Credit/Operations teams about the approval of RTRM at each stage of sanction.

• Data maintenance about the files handled, observations, mitigations based on the

seriousness of observations.

• Completion of works within the TAT prescribed.

• Preparation of presentation to be placed to the higher authorities during review of the

performance of the team.

• Training to subordinates in RTRM.

• Any other works allotted from time to time.
