Job Title: Business Development Manager (Digital Sales)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for Demat accounts through digital channels and LMS, focusing on provided leads.
• Assist clients with downloading the mobile app and completing KYC for account setup.
• Drive business growth, meet sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Sales-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of stock markets, Demat accounts, Nifty, Sensex, etc.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Educational qualification: HSC or Graduate.
• Outbound sales or BPO experience is a plus.

Age Criteria: 20 to 35 years

Working Days & Shifts:

• 6 days working with rotational offs.
• Fixed shifts: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 + Incentives (₹5,000 to ₹80,000 based on performance).

Training Period: 3 Days
