Senior Sales Manager @Motilal Oswal

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage at least 2 Active Client Accounts with an Initial Margin of ₹5 Lakhs each.
2. Ensure a minimum of ₹1 Lakh Gross Insurance Premium per month, covering Life, General, Health, and Motor Insurance.
3. Generate monthly revenue equivalent to 1x CTC from third-party financial products, such as Insurance, TGS, Education Mutual Options, IAP, PMS, Private Equity, IAF, FD, Bonds, etc.
4. Achieve 1x CTC as transactional broking revenue (Equity, Currency, Commodity).
5. Research, analyze, and keep clients updated on market trends and investment opportunities to enhance client portfolios.
6. Take ownership of the Key Accounts, focusing on building and nurturing a strong AUM (Assets Under Management) base.
7. Identify and acquire Affluent & Super-Affluent clients from the market for growth and expansion.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent.
• Certifications (Optional): IRDA, NCFM in Mutual Funds, and FNO.
• Experience: 5+ years in Broking, Distribution of Financial Products, Wealth Sales, Private Client Group (PCG) Sales, or Corporate Sales.
