Department Information Technology Job Role
- Managing IT infrastructure
- Installing, configuring and managing network equipment including routers, switches, firewall
- Maintaining the day-to-day IT operation
- Network Monitoring to maximizing network performance
- Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Configuring and managing of Access list, DHCP IP Sec tunnel, VLANs, Routing & Switching
- Configuration and maintenance of MPLS technology
- IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Manage and implement IT Securities policies and procedures
- Ensure proper Documentation process is in place
- At least 7+ years of experience in IT Management including Network and Servers
- A good command of English and able to handle offshore users
- Hand on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL Firewall & Barracuda Firewall
- Should have knowledge about Hardening of Network devices
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including firewall, routers, switches.
- Should have knowledge and implementation experience on routing protocols BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP etc.
- Should be open to work in 24*7 environments
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001 & PCI framework
