CredAble - Manager/Senior Manager - Litigation (5-12 yrs)

Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager.

Location: Mumbai (Chembur)

Roles & Responsibilties:

Litigation & Recovery:

- Handle all legal proceedings, including drafting, filing, and managing cases related to loan defaults, fraud, and disputes.

- Represent the company in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

- Coordinate with external legal counsel for effective litigation strategies.

- Ensure timely response to legal notices and summons.

- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to reduce delinquency and bad debts.

- Collaborate with collection teams to ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans.

- Initiate legal recovery actions under relevant laws,.

- Manage settlement negotiations with defaulters while protecting the company's interests.

- Liaise with internal teams, including credit, collections, and compliance, for effective case management.

- Work with external agencies and authorities, including police, courts, and other legal bodies, as needed.
