Conduct periodic reviews and track Risk, Issues and dependencies.

Monitors the SLA and KPI performance at overall program level. Responsible for all technical issues concerning the network.

SLA Adherence for Circuits, to ensure uptime of 99.5% is met.

Follow up on Aging cases ensure closure in coordination with RPM.

Change Request TAT Adherence .

100% MACD request to be closed with in committed TAT

Reducing customer end issue.

Analysing SIP implementation for repeat Faults.

Change management

SLA management

Publishing of Daily Fault Tracker.

Raising /checking feasibility report

Should have hands on Excel Advance excel, MS access, Pivot and Micros PowerPoint

Preparing Dashboard

Preparing business case
