Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions and levels within the organization.
• Job Posting: Develop compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant job boards,
social media platforms, and the company website.
• Sourcing Strategies: Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active
candidates, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, job fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing
expectations.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, working closely with hiring managers
to assess candidate fit and make informed hiring decisions.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by developing and
executing employer branding initiatives.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-
hire, and source of hire, to optimize the recruitment process.
