Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to act as a bridge between our agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their needs are met.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and sales, to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Develop and present creative briefs, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell agency services to existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
✅ Understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing trends.
✅ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling client needs.
