Job Description

Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives to effectively address their requirements.

2. Account Management:

  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

3. Communication:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status, new products, and relevant industry news.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

4. Problem Solving:

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address challenges and deliver solutions effectively.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
