Job Overview:
The Senior HR Professional will be responsible for driving the HR strategy in alignment with business goals, managing statutory compliance, formulating HR policies, and overseeing recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep HR expertise to lead initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support growth.
● Formulate, revise, and implement HR policies based on evolving business needs and ensure
effective communication across the organisation.
● Oversee statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to labour laws, ESIC, PF, gratuity, and
timely submission of statutory filings.
● Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce forecasting, planning, talent sourcing,
hiring, and onboarding, in collaboration with department heads.
● Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee
engagement and open communication.
● Guide and support the performance management process, including performance
appraisals, career development, and succession planning.
● Use HR data and analytics to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and drive informed
decision-making for continuous improvement.
● Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring high performance and providing
professional development opportunities.
● Develop and implement training and development programs to build leadership and technical
skills within the organisation.
● Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive organizational goals
through people strategies and HR initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong understanding of HR strategy and its alignment with business objectives.
● In-depth knowledge of statutory compliances and labor laws.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proven experience in policy formulation and talent management.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration across departments and

● Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Qualifications:
● Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
● 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
● Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor regulations.
● Prior experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR strategy formulation.
